Payment Policies

Credit Card is required upon reservation
Guests must provide credit card information, including number, expiration date, CVV and zip code in order to reserve a date(s) and before the planning process.

Fees
Guests will be responsible for winery tasting and other costs such as lunch (picnic/restaurant). Fees needed before the tour will be billed to credit card on file at time of reservation.

Cancellations & Itinerary Changes
A $100 deposit per tour-day, submitted at booking time, is non-refundable, but fully credited toward a future visit with Savor Napa Valley Wine Tours with no expiration. Deposits required to book and reserve a winery may be non-refundable within a few days of your visit and are under the discretion of the winery.

I understand that people change their minds about certain venues. We will make any changes to an itinerary if possible.

This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for Savor Napa Valley Tours & Transportation (www.savornapavalleytours.com).  This privacy notice applies solely to information collected by this web site. It will notify you of the following:

  1. What personally identifiable information is collected from you through the website and how it is used and with whom it may be shared.

  2. The security procedures in place to protect the misuse of your information.

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
Carl Johnson is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. I only have the access to collect information that you voluntarily give me, such as; name, address, phone and billing information via email or other direct contact from you. I do not sell or rent or share this information to anyone.

I will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted me. I will not use your e-mail to solicit information or share your information with any third party outside of our organization.
